A UK and Australian citizen, Rob has a wealth of recruitment experience spanning over 20 years of recruiting in mining, engineering, construction, and consultancy sectors across the world.
Working in the UK and Australia, Rob has recruited professionals across the executive, management, and technical space during his career and has built a solid reputation of honesty and integrity when interacting with clients, candidates, and business leaders.
His philosophy is simple, be transparent and create win-win situations where interactions and outcomes are fair and help all stakeholders that are involved.

Chloe Hatcher
Mining Recruiter
Born in the UK Chloe has a passion for traveling and has lived in Bahrain for two years. She has over 5 years of experience in resourcing and leadership in sales.
Chloe has a passion for people and believes in building mutually beneficial relationships to ensure long-term solutions are achieved. She enjoys long walks and reading a good book.

Steph West
Mining Researcher/Resourcer
Born in the UK. Steph loves family time, travelling, walks and bike rides. Steph has worked in Recruitment for over 12 years primarily in the care sector and recently made the move to the Mining Sector in 2022. Steph is developing her mining and researching/resourcing skills where communication and transparency is key for her.

Born in the UK, Abygail has over 10 years of experience in fast-paced office environments and during this time has honed skills and experience with a passion for marketing activities and social media to build brand awareness.
