A UK and Australian citizen, Rob has a wealth of recruitment experience spanning over 20 years of recruiting in mining, engineering, construction, and consultancy sectors across the world. Working in the UK and Australia, Rob has recruited professionals across the executive, management, and technical space during his career and has built a solid reputation of honesty and integrity when interacting with clients, candidates, and business leaders. His philosophy is simple, be transparent and create win-win situations where interactions and outcomes are fair and help all stakeholders that are involved.

Born in the UK and lived in Bahrain, Middle East for two years. Chloe has over 8 years of experience across executive search, leadership, and sales. She works closely with clients to deliver tailored talent solutions, She partners closely with clients to build trusted, mutually beneficial relationships, delivering tailored talent solutions and supporting long-term business growth. Chloe is passionate about people, business growth, and creating impactful, sustainable outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, countryside walks with her children, and participating in fundraising campaigns for various charities.

Abygail is a detail-oriented and creative digital marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in fast-paced office environments. She manages all marketing activities for Mining International. Passionate about building meaningful engagement and relationships, Abygail combines strategic thinking with strong organisation and a hands-on approach to deliver effective results. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her two dogs and two house rabbits.

Team Leader
Ben has 10 years of experience in recruiting across multiple different disciplines within the UK and globally. He has placed people within C-Suite level positions as well as other technical roles throughout the mining industry. He started his recruitment career within the legal sector however has a passion for the mining industry and this passion allows him to help his clients find the best solutions to any problems. Having grown up in the South of the UK he relocated his family to North Yorkshire which has buzzing engineering areas such as the Tees Valley. Ben is excited about helping people achieve their ideal roles and allowing people to grow their careers. He enjoys spending time with his family, listening to a wide variety of music, and racing (WRC, F1, and the Moto GP).

She climbed the recruitment ladder to become an onsite consultant and then held her last role where she placed candidates nationally for the NHS, Royal Mail, and various soft FM companies. She has always worked across multiple sectors, helping individuals find their dream job roles. Christina holds a wealth of recruitment knowledge and experience, and she is passionate about ensuring a positive experience for candidates while meeting the needs of clients. In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with friends and family and taking her family dog, "Ralph," on walks to the beach.

Nick is currently based in Melbourne, Australia and has 15 years of mining recruitment experience across Africa, Australia and SE Asia recruiting in mining, construction and the energy sectors His career to date has seen him working in the consultancy space in Australia, New Zealand and the UK and includes managing muti-disciplinary technical recruitment teams. Nick specialises in recruiting senior professionals ranging from technical services and senior executive appointments to multi-disciplinary maintenance and engineering teams globally. His approach is very straight forward and he is well known in the sector for his straight talking and easy style of communication ensuring that clients and candidates alike are on the same page resulting in great outcomes.
