Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Management qualification advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years experience within mineral processing operations and senior management.
- At least 5 years experience in a senior processing or operational leadership position.
- Proven experience leading large multidisciplinary operational teams.
- Demonstrated responsibility for business unit management, operational budgets and cost control.
- Strong understanding of metallurgical accounting, plant optimisation and recovery improvement.

This role requires a technically strong and hands-on geotechnical professional with hard rock underground mining experience and the ability to lead a small team of geotechnical engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for geotechnical monitoring, ground control, numerical modelling, and supporting safe and effective mining operations through sound geotechnical practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Rock Mechanics, or equivalent.
- Hard rock underground mining experience across multiple mining methods.
- Experience in secondary and tertiary retreat mining environments.
- Base metals mining experience essential.
